Order Cancellation Policy

At Vellara Jewelry, we begin preparing your order shortly after it is placed so we can ship it to you as quickly as possible. Because of this, cancellations are only accepted under the following conditions:

Cancellation Window

• You may cancel your order by emailing us at Storeinfo3493@gmail.com within 30 minutes of placing your order.

• Please include your order number in the email to help us locate it quickly.

After 30 Minutes

• Once 30 minutes have passed, your order will already be processing and can no longer be cancelled.

• If you no longer wish to keep your order, you may return it in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy after delivery.

Exceptions

• Custom or personalized jewelry orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as work begins immediately.
